David oversees the integration, implementation, internet services, consulting and support teams for Integrated. After joining IDSC in 1999 in customer service, David has held the positions of Customer Service Manager, Business Development Manager and Director of Professional Services. Through experience with enterprise software implementations with over one hundred leading carriers across the United States and Canada, David has gained a solid understanding of the challenges facing the transportation industry, the requirements of legacy platform integration, and the application of technology to solve business issues. His leadership in Professional Services continues IDSC's mission to provide quality software, superior support, and strong ROI for each IDSC solution. David holds degrees from Baylor University in Information Technology and Real Estate. |
