David McFaul is President of Japan operations at Boston Scientific Corporation.
David joined the Company in 1995 to oversee the development of the Company's Canadian business and most recently was Vice President of Sales Inter-Continental. In this role he was responsible for overall sales execution for the businesses which included training and developing more than 400 sales representatives and 85 sales managers in 35 countries. He also implemented a new "on-boarding" program for new hires developed a clinical training program and created a high-performance sales management program for the Inter-Continental business. Previously he was Vice President and General Manager of the Company's operations in Latin America Canada and South Africa where he increased revenue nearly 50 percent. Prior to this David was General Manager Canada and South Africa Country Manager of Canada and National Sales Manager Canada for the Company.
Prior to Boston Scientific David held sales marketing and general management positions at a variety of medical-related companies including Stryker Corporation EBI Medical Systems Baxter Corporation and Abbott Labs.
David is currently a member of the New England Business Council New England Latin American Business Council and is a member of the corporate advisory board of the Hult International School of Business.
David earned a B.A. in History and Geography from Simon Fraser University and took graduate courses at Simon Fraser University Graduate School. |
