Mr. McCubbrey has an unusually broad set of expertise, gained through over two decades of leading-edge problem solving for industry and government customers in the areas of remote-sensing, real-time machine vision, security, automotive, and biomedical industries. Prior to co-founding Pixel Velocity, Mr. McCubbrey was with the Environment Institute of Michigan (ERIM) for over 25 years, where he led projects involving system engineering, embedded systems development, VLSI/FPGA design, and development of image processing hardware architectures and algorithms. Mr. McCubbrey has authored ten patents in image processing architectures and algorithms and holds a BSE in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan |
