Mr. MacGreevey is a Senior Vice President at Chanin Capital Partners. Since joining Chanin Capital Partners in January 2002, Mr. MacGreevey has been involved in a variety of engagements, including in and out-of-court Debtor and creditor-side restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, valuation and fairness opinions and capital raising activities. Representative engagements include the representations of Arlington Hospitality, LSG Sky Chefs and Song Networks in their restructurings, the Unsecured Creditors Committees of Global Crossing, Philip Services, IT Group, Encompass Services and Supra Telecom and the Equity Committee of Adelphia Communications. In addition, Mr. MacGreevey has provided strategic advice, litigation support and numerous valuation and fairness opinions to Kvaerner ASA and its affiliates.Prior to joining Chanin Capital Partners, Mr. MacGreevey was an Associate at Zolfo Cooper, LLC, a corporate recovery and crisis management firm. While at Zolfo Cooper, Mr. MacGreevey was involved in client engagements that included financial and operational restructurings, recapitalizations, strategic business assessments, asset dispositions, credit portfolio management and Chapter 11 reorganizations. Mr. MacGreevey’s responsibilities included preparing integrated financial and valuation models, cash flow and working capital analyses, assisting in the preparation of business plans and assisting senior executives with executing turnaround strategies. Mr. MacGreevey’s engagements included American Medical Response, Lucent Technologies, Laidlaw, Inc. and Corrections Corporation of America (formerly Prison Realty Trust). Earlier, Mr. MacGreevey was a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young, LLP. Mr. MacGreevey’s clients included the American Red Cross, DESA International, the National Hockey League, Salvatore Ferragamo and SFX. In addition, Mr. MacGreevey assisted major clients with acquisitions and financings.Mr. MacGreevey earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Richmond. Mr. MacGreevey is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York and a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA). |
