During his distinguished career with the Department of Defense, Mr. Lovy maintained a leadership role in the development of automation processes ranging from supply chain automation to traffic engineering. He applied the expertise that he had developed to the commercial sector during his career at NEC Business Network Solutions, where he led the design and deployment of the advanced services NOC. Mr. Lovy joined ShoreGroup as a founding partner specializing in the area of service automation. In the role of Chief Architect, Mr. Lovy leveraged his extensive technical and automation background to oversee the development of ShoreGroup's CaseSentry Systems Management architecture. Mr. Lovy is currently focused on managing ShoreGroup's ShorePatrol Operational Support Service and service automation initiative, including the design and development of applications and methodologies to further automate our customer's operational and support environments. Mr. Lovy is a distinguished Cisco Systems CCIE, holds patents in the area of public internet access, and has additional CaseSentry-related patents.
