David Kramer is responsible for the execution of product development strategy and for overall management and direction of the operations team. In this capacity, he maps development, communication, and compliance of the product development framework and implementation to maximize business impact.
Prior to joining Data Return in 1999, Kramer served as head of network and desktop operations for Alcatel USA, assisting the sales team in meeting revenue goals and maintaining customer satisfaction. He also served as chief advanced systems architect for the United States Air Force Air Training Command.
After graduating two years early from high school, Kramer pursued a military education in telecom systems control, network engineering and management schooling over a ten-year career. |
