Dave is responsible for sales and business development with a focus on ensuring that each account is highly satisfied with the results from each project. Prior to joining Knowledge Rules, he spent five years at Pegasystems spearheading their entrance into the healthcare market focusing on Business Process Management and Customer Relationship Management applications. During this time he led cross-functional teams resulting in the acceptance of over 15 mission-critical applications across major payers including 12 Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans. From 1994 to 1997, Dave worked at Telespectrum, a multi-center outsourced services organization where he served as director of business development focusing on the healthcare and financial services industries. Dave spent seven years, from 1988 to 1994, in the coated thin films industry where first he was the worldwide sales director for MPI, then in 1992, was a co-founder of Reflex Technologies, a successful start-up provider of specialty insulation materials for aerospace medical equipment and cryogenic applications. Dave earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Babson College. |
