David’s client is French chemical industry company, Rhodia. He started as service management consultant and recently he has become service manager, leader of the service management team. He believes he has a good relationship with the client because he is in touch with its personnel every day.
As service manager, David is responsible for a team of service management consultants and a help desk. There are 12 people all together. It is a challenge for him to lead his team. David looks forward to seeing his team mates every morning, because they have become friends. Despite the huge number of people who work in the facility, Accenture is one big team that runs well, like a human organism. Everything runs perfectly and everybody knows what role he or she has. |
