Mr. Henry is responsible for the core of NAT operations including Customer Support, Product Deployment, and Alliance Relationships. Before joining NAT, Mr. Henry was President of Repair First, Inc., a national provider of automotive windshield repair services and auto glass industry consulting. Previously he was Vice President of Harmon Solutions Group, an auto glass and personal lines fast track claims management TPA whose operations included four national contact centers servicing major insurance industry clients. Mr. Henry brings extensive knowledge of the insurance and claims management industry as well as a comprehensive transportation industry background.
In addition, Mr. Henry was Vice President of Operations and Client Services for Wheels, Inc. a national leader in automotive leasing and fleet management services. Mr. Henry received an Economics degree from the University of Missouri and holds an MBA from, Northwestern University, JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management. |
