David Henkoff has practiced for more than 20 years, concentrating in securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, venture capital and general corporate law. He has practiced in both small and large law firms, including Morrison & Foerster LLP, where he was of counsel. Mr. Henkoff received his J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 1985, where he was a Note and Comment Editor of the Annual Review of Banking Law, for which he authored an article entitled "Regulating Variable Rate Consumer Credit in Light of the Truth in Lending Act". Henkoff received his B.A., cum laude, with distinction, from the University of Pennsylvania in 1982. |
