David has over 20-years experience in the commercial Real Estate Industry. David started his career in Denver, Colorado as a Leasing Representative for Equitec Properties Company. He was transferred to Portland, Oregon in 1987 and was responsible for the leasing of a 1.5 million square foot office portfolio. The properties consisted of 3 high-rise towers and many mid-rise buildings. David was also responsible for the lease-up of Liberty Centre, a 270,000 sf building that was developed with only a 50% anchor tenant. The building opened 90% occupied. David spent 11 years in this capacity and when he left to move to St. Louis in late 1998, the properties had an overall occupancy rate of 99%.
David joined NorthMarq Capital in 1999 and since that time has closed over $625M of loans. He has closed all property types including retail, office, industrial, multi-family, senior housing, mobile home parks and several mezzanine loans. David has an excellent reputation within the St. Louis business community and within the lending community. David holds a Missouri Real Estate Sales License. He graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Administration, and is a native of St. Louis. |
