Dave is Senior Vice President, Client Relations for Merkle Agency Services. In his role, he leads several key Agency Services client teams, including Advanta, Chase Home Finance, Royal Bank of Scotland and Kroger Personal Finance. Dave is a true direct marketing veteran who brings a full breadth of skills to the agency, including new product development and product management, point-of-sale and retail channel strategies, brand integration and complex campaign management. He and his teams are known for the high level of client service they provide, as well as their ability to continually deliver innovation and results.
Dave possesses more than twenty years of direct marketing experience, with a concentration in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Merkle, he worked at Marketing Resources where he was responsible for the growth and management of financial services and utility clients including HSBC, PNC Bank, Bank of New York and CNG. In addition to his agency experience, Dave has also worked on the client-side of the business for 9 years, driving acquisition and customer management initiatives within the credit card division of Advanta Corporation. |
