Mr. Duquette has served as the Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Financial Officer and Director of the Company since May 25, 2001. Mr. Duquette has been in the CNC machine tool manufacturing and remanufacturing business since 1967. From 1962 to 1965, he studied Electrical Engineering at the University of Wisconsin. Mr. Duquette founded New Century Remanufacturing in 1996. Prior to that year, he managed Orange Coast Rebuilding for approximately 8 years. Mr. Duquette was President of U.S. Machine Tools from 1969 to 1985. |
