David Cleary has arranged acquisitions and related transactions for over a hundred U.S. and foreign healthcare corporations and initiated leveraged buyouts with some of the leading capital investment funds. He previously was in management with the Medical Products Division of the 3M Company, and after spending a year as a White House Fellow, co-founded COA in 1978. He is founder of SCAN (Stop Child Abuse Now), an organization that has helped thousands of abused children find safe, permanent homes, and serves on the board of directors of TruLife, an orthopedic and women’s healthcare company. Mr. Cleary has a BS from the University of Notre Dame and an MS in chemical engineering from Iowa State. |
