Mr. Christopher joined SemEquip in August 2004. Prior to SemEquip, he was a director of investment banking and a financial consultant for Bryant Park Capital from 2001 to 2003. From 1997 to 2001 he was vice president of investment banking, for J.P. Morgan Securities, a subsidiary of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. From 1992 to 1995, he was an associate for Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation, an investment banking and equity research firm that was acquired by Credit Suisse First Boston. Mr. Christopher received his M.B.A. with honors from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business in finance and accounting in 1996. He earned a B.S. in economics and business administration in 1990 at the University of New Hampshire’s Whittemore School of Business and Economics. Mr. Christopher has conducted additional post-graduate studies at the Harvard Business School. |
