David practiced with the real estate and institutional finance departments of the Boston office of Day, Berry & Howard before joining our firm in November of 1995. He represents clients in all aspects of real estate transactions including development, construction, financing and ownership issues with a particular emphasis on leasing and in various commercial finance matters, most frequently corporate and real estate financing, including mezzanine loans, construction loans, securitizations, loan portfolio acquisitions, multi-state multi-property transactions and traditional mortgage loans. David works with several national clients, including Whole Foods Market, Inc. and various institutional lenders.
