David Brodsky, 68, has been a member of Southern Union’s board of directors since October 2002. Brodsky is chairman of the board’s Audit Committee and serves as a member of its Investment and Independent Directors’ Committees.
Brodsky is the former founder, chairman and CEO of Superior Healthcare Group, Rhode Island. Over the past several years, Brodsky has primarily been involved in private investments.
From 1998 to 2001, he served as chairman of the board of Total Research (TOTL), which has merged with Harris Interactive (HPOL). He continues to serve on the board of directors of Harris Interactive. He also serves on the boards of directors of several private investment firms.
Brodsky is a graduate of Brown University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics. He is active in a number of civic and charitable organizations in Florida and Rhode Island.
Brodsky resides in Palm Beach, Florida, and Newport, Rhode Island.
