Responsible for all of the company's legal needs, including contract negotiation, litigation, compliance and acquisitions and divestitures.
David was most recently Vice President and General Counsel of Venture Holdings Company, a tier one auto supplier, which he joined while Venture was undergoing a chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization in order to help Venture emerge from bankruptcy.
Prior to Venture Holdings, David previously practiced law at two of Detroit's largest law firms, Dykema Gossett and Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn. David also has held various finance, sales and business development positions with Ford Motor Company and Hewlett-Packard Company.
David graduated summa cum laude from the Detroit College of Law, earned an MBA in Finance and a Master's degree in Economics, both from Indiana University, and earned a Bachelor's degree in mathematics from Purdue University. |
