David Ballarini has held a variety of leadership positions in strategy consulting, investment banking and private equity investing. In 1999, Mr. Ballarini co-founded Mercator Group. In 1997, Mr. Ballarini joined Mr. Samuelson as an executive at PricewaterhouseCoopers Securities. In 1993, Mr. Ballarini joined McKinsey & Company. His work at McKinsey involved working with top management of Fortune 500 companies to improve their overall performance by leading the organizations through cost reduction, sales improvement and strategic mergers and acquisitions initiatives. From 1985 until 1991, Mr. Ballarini was involved in several key defense technology programs including aircraft and aerospace system development initiatives as a senior project manager at Atlantic Research Corporation and the Department of Defense. Mr. Ballarini holds a B.S.E. in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University, an M.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Tech and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School. |
