David has more than twenty-five years of management experience helping companies develop and implement strategies to deliver a remarkable customer experience. He brings a unique background to his position having led customer service and marketing organizations at both large and startup companies in the computer and software industries. Formerly, David was Vice President of Marketing and Customer Support at FileMaker, Inc (formerly Claris, Inc.), a software subsidiary of Apple Computer. While there, he led the company's many innovative support improvements. David has also held technical management positions at Ungermann-Bass, Inc. and Hewlett-Packard Company. He was named Support Executive of the Year for 1997 by the Association of Support Professionals for his industry leadership.
Aune holds a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Mississippi. |
