Dave Arnold has successfully held engineering and senior management roles with communications technology companies for nearly 30 years. His most recent role before joining CloudShield was EVP of Engineering and Operations at Calient Networks, delivering advanced photonic switching and GMPLS products to telecommunications network operators. Prior to Calient, Dave headed Systems Engineering and Operations for Network Photonics, was President and Interim CEO for startup Mariposa Technology and EVP Engineering for Advanced Fibre Communications prior to and after its IPO. Additional engineering management experience included roles with Ericsson Raynet, Alcatel, and Digital Equipment Corporation. Dave earned a B.A. in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley. |
