David is an Associate in the Real Estate section of Coats Rose. Prior to entering law school, David worked as an analyst and a lender at Amegy Bank (formerly Southwest Bank of Texas) in Houston, Texas. While attending the University of Houston Law Center, he participated in Mock Trial and Negotiation competitions, and worked as a law clerk for the Firm.
Practice Emphasis
David's work is concentrated primarily in real estate development, leasing, and the acquisition, disposition, construction and financing of various real estate projects.
