David Kelley devotes most of his practice to representing lenders in a wide variety of credit transactions, including construction and term commercial real estate loans, affordable housing loans, revolving and asset-based loans, letter-of-credit transactions and workouts. His clients include national and state banks, insurance companies, investment banks and municipal agencies. The balance of David’s practice involves the representation of developers, purchasers, sellers, owners and tenants of commercial real estate. He is an MSBA Board Certified Real Property Specialist.
David is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and is recognized as one of "America’s Leading Business Lawyers" by Chambers USA. He has also been designated a "SuperLawyer®" by Minnesota Law & Politics magazine.
