David Weicht joined Leech Tishman Fuscaldo & Lampl, LLC in 2005 as part of the firm’s acquisition of Reinsel & Weicht, LLC, a commercial litigation law firm. His practice is focused on representation of businesses and individuals in commercial litigation. David co-chairs the litigation practice area, and is a member of the employment practice group.

Significant experience in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels
Argued before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the Pennsylvania Superior Court and the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court
