David T. Shivas is an associate of the firm in its Litigation Department. He concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Shivas served as an associate with another New Jersey law firm where he handled UCC litigation, antitrust matters, contract disputes, unfair competition, securities litigation, construction and surety law, intellectual property and corporate governance disputes. He also served as a legal intern to the Honorable J.D. Smith, Chief Judge of the Georgia Court of Appeals. Mr. Shivas is a graduate, magna cum laude, of Colby College (1998), and received his law degree from Emory University School of Law (2001), where he was a member of the International Law Society. Mr. Shivas is admitted to practice in New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and New York. |
