An industry veteran, David Rattner joined the Fort Myers office of North American Properties in 2006. He brings over 15 years of Florida real estate experience in all aspects of development, acquisitions, site selection and financing to the team. Rattner is responsible for site acquisitions, development and anchor lease negotiations. His local market knowledge combined with his entrepreneurial spirit gets the deals done. Rattner joins North American from the Community Center Development Division of CBL & Associates Properties, where he was responsible for Florida retail development and generated more than 2.6 million square feet of retail projects. Rattner is a graduate of the University of Florida and has earned two master’s degrees a MBA from Florida Atlantic University and a Masters in Real Estate from the University of Florida. |
