David Blair is the Chief Executive Officer of HealthExtras and is responsible for the overall management of the Company, which includes the supplemental benefits programs and the pharmacy benefits management services. In 1997, David joined a predecessor of HealthExtras as Chief Financial Officer and directed a national marketing research campaign for the development of the Company's supplemental benefits programs. In 1999, he was named Chief Executive Officer and became a Director of the Company's Board of Directors. Prior to his association with HealthExtras, David was the Finance Manager of United Payors & United Providers, Inc., focusing on its initial public offering and several strategic acquisitions. |
