David T. Alexander is counsel at the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm’s Silicon Valley office. David concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation, including antitrust, unfair competition, trademark, copyright, trade secrets, securities, product recall, construction litigation, arbitration, sports law and white-collar criminal defense.
David has served as an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association and judge pro tem of the Superior Court of the State of California for the City and County of San Francisco. He has served as an adjunct professor of law at the University of San Francisco Law School and lectured at Boalt Hall School of Law.
David is an active member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of California, and is a member of the Antitrust Section, including the Subcommittee on Sports and Entertainment Law and the Litigation Section of the ABA.
He is admitted to practice in California.
