His significant municipal sector financing experience as senior and quantitative banker for municipal transactions has earned Mr. Thomson a respected reputation for creative structuring solutions on complex issues. Mr. Thomson's experience includes structuring and managing transactions for a full spectrum of financing sectors including transportation, education, civic center/stadium, airport, utility, water and sewer, housing, and pension fund for municipal issuers at all levels from states to local agencies.Mr. Thomson has served as lead or lead quantitative banker for over $9 billion in senior-managed financings since 1997 for a full spectrum of financing sectors including transportation, education, civic center/stadium, airport, utility, water and sewer, housing, and pension fund for municipal issuers at all levels from states to local agencies.Mr. Thomson was formerly a vice president at Smith Barney's Public Finance Division in San Francisco and Seattle.
