Mr. Reiter has served as the Company's Vice-President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since October 2003. Prior to becoming General Counsel for Luminex, Mr. Reiter was in private practice with the firm of Phillips & Reiter, PLLC, which provides outsourced general counsel services for small to medium market technology companies. Before co-founding his own firm, Mr. Reiter was Vice President and General Counsel for 724 Solutions Inc., a provider of mobile commerce software solutions and applications (NASDAQ: SVNX). Earlier in his career, Mr. Reiter served as senior counsel for Compaq Computer Corporation, supporting the Worldwide Sales & Services, Supply Chain Management and Consumer Products Group during his tenure. Mr. Reiter is a graduate of the University of Southern California (JD/MIR), University of Sheffield, UK (MBA) and the University of Notre Dame (BA). Mr. Reiter is a member of the Texas Bar and is the chair of the Subcommittee on Law Department Management for the American Bar Association.
