David Gasperow is an associate in the Global Securities Group resident in Milbank's London office. Mr. Gasperow's experience has included offerings of debt and equity securities, representing both issuers and underwriters in IPOs, secondary equity offerings, high yield bond offerings and investment grade debt offerings. In particular, Mr. Gasperow has significant experience in both European and South Asian Rule 144A and Regulation S capital markets transactions.
In addition to transactional work, Mr. Gasperow's practice has included securities regulatory counseling under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
Mr. Gasperow graduated from Columbia University School of Law as a Harlan Fisk Stone Scholar in 2001. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, magna cum laude, in 1996 from Washington University in St. Louis. Mr. Gasperow is a member of the Bars of New York and Washington, DC. Mr. Gasperow is also a Certified Public Accountant and previously practiced as a tax consultant with Arthur Andersen LLP. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Columbia Business Law Review. |
