David R. Wickham concentrates his practice in the area of federal and state tax law, probate, exempt organizations and estate planning.Attending the Ohio State University, Mr. Wickham received his B.A., cum laude, in 1979 and his J.D., cum laude, in 1983 and was admitted to the Order of the Coif. At Washington University, he earned his LL.M. in Taxation in 1984. Mr. Wickham was a visiting professor at the Ohio Northern University College of Law during the 1987-8 academic year and an adjunct professor at the University of Dayton in 1991 and Capital University in 2000. He has lectured on Federal Income Tax, Estate Planning, Estate and Gift Tax, Decedents’ Estates and Trusts, and Corporate Taxation. Mr. Wickham has been named an "Ohio Super Lawyer" in Law & Politics Magazine and Cincinnati Magazine. His professional memberships include the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association and the Dayton Bar Association. |
