David R. Marriott is a partner in the Firm’s Litigation Department. David's practice focuses on advice and major litigation in the areas of antitrust, securities and intellectual property, significant arbitration matters, SEC, FTC and state regulatory matters, and a wide range of commercial litigation.
David was born in Salt Lake City, Utah. He joined Cravath in 1996 and became a partner in 2003.
