Beginning his real estate career in 1982, Mr. Graff has diversified experience in development, project management, construction, brokerage, leasing, marketing, facility management, and architecture as an owner and on behalf of third party clients.He has led projects ranging from tenant improvements to ground-up developments in the commercial and residential sectors. His career highlights include managing commercial office construction projects totaling over 1.5 million square feet, completing over $50 million in building and lobby renovations, overseeing the $2 million renovation of Toronto’s Skydome, and leading the successful $165 million national roll-out development of 66 assisted living projects in 6 states.In 2003, Mr. Graff founded Keystone Real Estate Services, a firm specializing in owner’s representation and project management. The firm managed successful planning, design, entitlement, bidding, construction, move-in, and closeout projects for clients including commercial office tenants, residential and retail developers, lenders, private schools, and building owners. Between 2003 and 2005, Keystone Real Estate Services completed projects valued at more than $165 million. MB Real Estate acquired Keystone Real Estate in November 2005. Prior to founding Keystone Real Estate Services, Mr. Graff was a Senior Vice President at The Walken Company. While there, Mr. Graff managed commercial tenant projects for clients such as Merrill Lynch, FNMA, Hearst Publications, AT&T, Prudential Securities, and the U.S. Department of Energy. Before that, he was a senior planner at Chicago’s RMM, Inc. design firm.Mr. Graff holds a degree in Architecture/Environmental Design from the University of Colorado at Boulder and an advanced professional degree in architecture from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois. |
