David R. Goodman is a 34-year participant in the power generation and construction industries. He is the former Chairman and CEO of United American Energy Corp. ("UAE"), a company which has both developed and built projects and acquired electric generating power plants from other owners using various kinds of fuels including hydroelectric, gas, coal and waste fuel products such as waste rice hulls and municipal solid waste. Prior to UAE, Mr. Goodman was with Grow Tunneling Corp., a leader in construction large municipal underground public works projects. He served as Field Engineer and then Project Engineer and Business Manager on the New York City Water Tunnel, one of the largest public works infrastructure projects in the country. He is member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, member of the Moles, former president of the New York Alliance for Hydroelectric Energy, former director of the National Hydropower Association, former member and director of the Electric Power Supply Association and member of the New York Independent Power Producers Association.
