David R. Eandi is a partner in ECJ's Business and Corporate Law Department and is a member of the firm's Executive Committee. His areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, counseling business clients, structuring new business enterprises, strategic partnering, general business and corporate law, and corporate finance.
Mr. Eandi has extensive experience in advising both entrepreneurs and corporate clients in all aspects of buying and selling businesses.
Mr. Eandi is admitted to the State Bar of California. He received his J.D. from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1975 and was a member of the Order of the Coif. Mr. Eandi attended the University of California at Berkeley earning a B.A. in 1971.
