Mr. Brown is a Shareholder and Director of the firm. Mr. Brown practices primarily in the areas of business, corporate and commercial transactions, commercial financing, real estate transactions, zoning, title insurance, eminent domain, probate proceedings and beverage alcohol law. He has handled real estate and financing transactions in amounts exceeding $50,000,000, and commercial financing transactions in amounts exceeding $100,000,000.

Mr. Brown is named in Who's Who in the World, Who's Who in America and Who's Who in American Law. From 1978 to 1982, Mr. Brown was a lecturer on business organizations and real property law at Robert Morris College. From 1960 to 1966, he was engaged in research in the physical chemistry of polymers and polymer solutions at Mellon Institute, Pittsburgh, PA.
