Mr. Beatty is currently the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Beatinvest Limited (an investment company) Managing Director of the Canadian Coalition for Good Governance and Professor of Strategy and the Director of the Clarkson Centre for Business Ethics and Board Effectiveness and Professor of Strategic Management at The Rotman School of Management University of Toronto. Mr. Beatty was previously founding Chairman of Orogen Minerals Limited Chairman and CEO of Old Canada Investment Corporation Limited and President of Weston Foods. Over the years Mr. Beatty has served on the boards of several public and private companies. In addition to the Corporation Mr. Beatty also serves on the boards of the Bank of Montreal Inmet Mining Corporation Husky Injection Molding Limited and Ivanhoe Cambridge.
