David Quinn Gacioch is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm’s Boston office. He is a member of the Trial Department.
David recently returned to McDermott after serving as law clerk to the Honorable Ernest C. Torres, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island.
While in law school, David served as Chancellor of the Cornell Law School Moot Court Board and lead counsel of Cornell’s trial advocacy teams. He was also a Legal Methods Honors Fellow, assisting faculty members in teaching the comprehensive legal research and writing program for first-year students. Upon graduation, David received Cornell’s Baccalaureate Service Award for academic excellence and contributions to the community, based upon his service as a volunteer firefighter and emergency medical technician in the Ithaca area.
David is admitted to practice in Massachusetts. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association.
