Mr. Donahue has a national practice representing insurance clients in multi-plaintiff and individual sales practice, bad faith and regulatory matters. He has represented insurance clients in numerous matters in Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, Louisiana, Texas, West Virginia, South Carolina, Delaware, New Mexico and California. He also regularly advises clients on nonlitigation and prelitigation matters. In addition to insurance related matters, Mr. Donahue also represents clients in environmental and toxic tort cases. He has represented clients in toxic tort and chemical exposure cases throughout Alabama and Mississippi. Representative Cases: Won defense verdict as member of trial team in bad faith lawsuit filed in West Virginia. Defending insurance client in multi-state market conduct examination.
