David P. Stich is an experienced federal and state commercial litigator who has appeared in front of virtually every United States District Judge in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey in Newark. Mr. Stich's litigation experience encompasses distressed real property, intellectual property and contract disputes, and health care, among other areas. In particular, Mr. Stich has represented large institutional and entrepreneurial lenders by structuring consensual workouts of defaulted loans, enforcing security interests and other rights, and representing lenders in borrowers' bankruptcies. He has also acted as lenders' transactional counsel on risk avoidance and lender liability issues. Mr. Stich is the author of numerous articles focusing on the protection of lenders' rights and he has lectured lenders on minimizing hazardous waste cleanup liability in an Environmental Protection Agency sanctioned seminar. Mr. Stich is admitted to practice in the states of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Florida. |
