Experienced in the preparation and prosecution of mechanical and chemical patent applications, trademark applications, patentability and trademark registrability opinions, infringement opinions, copyrights, contracts including confidentiality and licensing agreements, acquisitions and divestitures, and related intellectual property matters including extensive patent litigation experience.
