Mr. Bolger joined Aon Corporation (Aon) in early 2003 as an Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration and assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer in April 2003. Before joining Aon, Mr. Bolger worked for 21 years for Bank One Corporation and its predecessor companies, American National Bank and Trust Company and First Chicago Corporation. Mr. Bolger served in a number of senior management positions and, at various times, was responsible for large corporate, middle market and international banking, as well as treasury management services and merger integration. Mr. Bolger is a board member of Lincoln Park Zoo, Chicago History Museum and Merit School of Music, all of Chicago. Mr. Bolger also serves on the Alumni Advisory Board of Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and on the Dean’s Advisory Council of Marquette University’s College of Business Administration. |
