David has more than 17 years experience addressing damage issues in complex commercial disputes. He specializes in applying economic analysis to damage issues including patent and trademark infringement, breach of contract, false advertising, business interruption, and antitrust violation.
Professional Experience
Prior to joining Huron, David was a Senior Managing Economist at LECG Corporation and a Vice President at Glassman-Oliver Economic Consultants, Inc.
David has analyzed a wide range of Industries including semiconductors, personal computers, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, professional sports, electronic programming guides for cable and satellite television, fast food franchises, industrial and agricultural machinery, automotive parts, commercial real estate, pet food, and numerous consumer products, including nutritional supplements, soft drinks, insecticides, and contact lens solutions. These matters frequently involve large U.S. and international corporations, and require economic analysis of domestic and/or international markets.
David has provided expert testimony on lost profits and reasonable royalty damages. He has also assisted attorneys in all phases of the discovery process, including document discovery, and depositions of fact and expert witnessess. Moreover, David has extensive discovery experience with international corporations.
