David N. Clark was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Uranium Resources Inc. in August 2007. Previously he was President and Chief Operating Officer since joining the management team in October 2006. He is a member of the Board of Directors and serves as Chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee.
Mr. Clark has over 25 years experience in the nuclear fuel business. He is the principal owner of The Ux Consulting Company which publishes The Ux Weekly and other market outlook reports that cover the complete nuclear fuel cycle including the uranium conversion and enrichment markets. He co-founded Ux Consulting in 1994 as an affiliate of The Uranium Exchange Company a uranium brokerage and consulting company that he founded in 1987. Prior to establishing his own businesses Mr. Clark held various marketing and market research positions with other entities in the nuclear fuel business. He began his career as a Field Geologist and Market Analyst for the uranium division of the Cleveland-Cliffs Iron Company after graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in geology from the University of Akron in 1978. |
