David M. Rottkamp, is a partner of Loeb & Troper and is involved in providing both audit and consulting services to a full spectrum of not-for-profit and health care clients, including child care, mental hygiene, nursing homes, HUD housing projects and OMB A-133 clients. In addition to his audit responsibilities, Mr. Rottkamp is involved with providing reimbursement consulting services for numerous agencies providing education, habilitation, residential and healthcare services to the disabled. He also provides consulting services to many agencies providing foster care services and alcoholism and substance abuse services. Included among the consulting services Mr. Rottkamp provides are rate appeals, shared service allocations, corporate reorganizations, budget preparation, accounting system studies and operational reviews. Mr. Rottkamp has presented seminars on reimbursement, accounting and reporting for various not-for-profit and healthcare organizations.Mr. Rottkamp received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Pace University in 1987. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA). |
