David Hudanish is the New York office Corporate Practice Leader. His transactional practice focuses on outsourcing, information technology, e-commerce, and intellectual property. David represents companies engaged in structuring and negotiating information technology and business process outsourcing agreements, development agreements, licensing agreements, royalty agreements, and strategic alliance and joint venture agreements.
David has been recognized as a leader in the area of information technology outsourcing transactions and in the emerging field of business process outsourcing transactions.
In 2007, Chambers USA noted that David supports clients with an " . . . 'Aggressive yet sensible negotiating style' which 'brings about fair results in difficult situations'," and ranked him among the top information technology and business process outsourcing attorneys in the United States. David joined Mayer Brown as a partner in 2003 from another major law firm where he served as the lead outsourcing partner.
