David Heineck’s practice focuses on environmental law and related litigation with emphasis in hazardous waste regulation, remedial action and cost recovery, and Clean Water Act permitting.
Experience: Mr. Heineck has represented and counseled clients on a wide array of regulatory and compliance issues in multiple environmental areas (CERCLA, RCRA, MTCA, Clean Water Act, and NEPA). As a former Special Assistant US Attorney with the Environmental Protection Agency, Mr. Heineck has extensive experience in all aspects of RCRA hazardous waste regulation and Part B permitting, CERCLA and MTCA remediation and cost recovery, and Clean Water Act NPDES and Section 404 wetlands permits.
