Dr. Alpeter received his B.A. (cum laude) in Biology from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC and received his M.D. from Wake Forest School of Medicine in 1986. He performed his internship and residency at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati and served as Chief Resident his final year. From 1991 to 2004, Dr. Alpeter served as General Surgeon at the Ashtabula County Medical Center during which time he was Director of Managed Care, Chief of Staff and President of the Ashtabula Clinic. Dr. Alpeter is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, the American Society of General Surgeons, the Society of Laparoscopic Surgeons, the American College of Managed Care Medicine and the Young Presidents Organization. Dr. Alpeter elected to practice hair restoration exclusively when he affiliated with Bosley. He is licensed to practice medicine in all states where there are Bosley Regional Surgical Centers. |
