David L. Koontz has been a Director of the Company since July 15, 2003. He has been the Chief Financial Officer for Waco Logistics Group, Inc. since August 2005. From July 15, 2003 to August 6, 2005 he was the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Company. He joined the AAE Group in September 2002, serving first as the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of O2Diesel, Inc. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Koontz worked primarily as an independent business consultant, mostly with businesses located in Asia, for the period January 2000 to September 2002. During 1999, Mr. Koontz acted as a consultant and chief financial officer for an apparel company in Boulder, Colorado. Mr. Koontz was a partner with Arthur Andersen & Co. until 1988 and holds a CPA certificate. |
